What started as Cupcake Friday @ our crèche in August 2011,(with whopping orders of 44 cupcakes for the month 🤣) quickly escalated to kiddy cakes and wedding cakes. But my heart wanted to make cookies like the Iced zoo cookies we grew up with before I baked my first batch of cupcakes. In 2017 I eventually got the knack of it and took orders for cookies.
